Tea Time and WES Grad Host Assignments

Tea Time Host Assignment List 2019-2020

Tea Time is a opportunity for grad students to socialize and have interdisciplinary conversations. It is held in the Dreiss Lobby (E&MS Building, 1st Floor, A-wing) on Mondays at 3:00PM during Fall, Winter and Spring quarters. The department provides light refreshments, but it is the responsibilty of the graduate students to host the event. The yearly host assignment list is drafted in the summer, prior to the start of the academic year, and sent to those listed as hosts. The draft hosts have a designated period to respond with requests for reassignmnets. If the department doesn't hear from a draft host within that time period, that individual is now responsible for hosting the date they were assigned, and they need to find a replacement host if they can no longer perform the duty.
